Mission
When we decided to start our own estate agency, we faced the essential question that any new business must address; why do you exist?
From our first excited conversation discussing our plans, we both knew that our founding principle and essential characteristic would be to always strive to be exceptional – in every area of our work.
We started with a fresh sheet of paper and agreed that we would accept no assumptions, or continue with any established practices where we felt that they could be improved.
Establishing an ethos of “adopt, adapt and improve” we systematically went through every facet of our industry and sought to refine, or redefine, each part. We hope, and believe, that this difference will shine through, for you, at every stage of your dealings with us.
From the very beginning we agreed that we would eschew the use of UK based call centres, which are used by so many, where staff are required to field enquiries on properties they have never heard of and where buyers are erroneously led to believe that they are talking to a member of that company’s staff.
At Lonrah, by contrast, when you call or email, you will always get through to either of us.
Buying a property abroad is one of the biggest, and most daunting, decisions that you could ever make; it is also one of the most rewarding and life changing.
